Refund Policy - the basics

At Nested Objects, we strive to provide a valuable experience through our hiring firms directory and recruitment network. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for our membership plans. By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. We may update this policy periodically, and changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date.

1. Membership Refunds 
Membership fees for Nested Objects Members are non-refundable. If you’re not satisfied with your membership please contact us at support@nestedobjects.com

2. Exceptions 
Refunds may be in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues preventing access to the hiring firms directory for more than 48 hours, and we cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.

  • Billing Errors: If you’re charged incorrectly, we’ll refund the excess amount.
    To request a refund, contact us at support@nestedobjects.com with your account details and a description of the issue. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the request does not meet these criteria.
